hi there, i'm Caitlin!
I am a 23 year old social media expert with my bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing. I have tried my hand in many different avenues, but social media management has my heart. That is why I decided to create my own independent social media agency -- FORM’D SOCIAL HOUSE. I believe that having a fully form’d social media presence leads to organic growth. I have experience working with multiple clients at a time. I have created content, captured content, posted on multiple platforms, and engaged with my clients’ audiences. My experience lies within Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. I am very adaptable and I love to help my clients’ dreams become a reality.

Discovery Call + Discuss Goals!
We can start off with a conversation on what your goals are, what your analytics are at now, and what you’d like to see. Additionally, what do you want to focus on for your social platforms (i.e. more Reels, getting on TikTok, more educational content, etc.).

I’ll begin creating a list of content I/you should be capturing, and from there creating a content calendar for posting.
Once I finish this calendar, I will send it to you for review, usually by the beginning of the second week of the month.
Once you review it, I will begin creating the content for the following month.
This is when I will begin creating the content for you!
This step takes the longest, I like to let my clients know that. From the time the content calendar gets reviewed, I’ll give myself until the last week of the month to create the content, and send it over to you.
In this step, during this last week of the month, you will review the content I’ve made!
You can let me know of any changes you’d like to make, and I will fix them ASAP.

This is the posting step!
Once all of the content has been reviewed by you, I will schedule it all to be posted. Each day there is a post scheduled, I will ensure it gets posted at the correct time.
After this step, I will go back to step two, and create the content calendar for the following month!

Each package is not set in stone. There are slight changes that we can do to tweak each package to make it work for you and your business. For each package, you will send me content, in addition to the content I will capture each month.
